What You'll Do:

-Configure & Maintain ???: Manage and administer our enterprise applications to align with business needs.

-Access Management ??: Control user roles and permissions, ensuring security and data integrity across all platforms.

-Customize Applications ??: Tailor systems to meet business requirements while adhering to industry standards.

-Technical Support ??: Troubleshoot issues and provide stellar support to users, keeping everything running smoothly.

-Collaborate with Vendors ??: Work closely with software vendors to execute upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts.

-Documentation Guru ??: Develop user guides and SOPs that facilitate effective training and change management.

-Process Optimization ??: Partner with business users to identify gaps and continuously improve processes.

-Production Issue Resolution ??: Address production issues using our ITSM tool, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service tickets.

-Testing Support ?: Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet business needs.

-Integration Specialist ??: Support seamless integration between our applications and other internal/external systems.

-Project Participation ??: Engage in application projects from requirement gathering to execution, translating business needs into system functionalities.

What We're Looking For:

-Education ??: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.

-Experience ?: 3-10 years managing, configuring, and administering software applications in a related industry.

-Regulatory Knowledge ???: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.

-Problem-Solver ??: Excellent business process analysis and redesign skills with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
