Provide total solution expertise to prospects and customers, largely supporting asset management/asset lifecycle software.
Lead the solution discovery, solution design, solution configuration, and present during customer engagements.
Uncover strategic objectives and business opportunities with the prospect's stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure total solution strategy.
Configure software and prepare presentation materials for demonstrations.
Showcase asset and information management solutions on desktop and mobile.
Incorporate service offerings into demonstrations aligned with the prospect's business needs.
Demonstrate how system functional capabilities translate into business value.
Lead presentations for various audience levels, including executives and business users.
Become a trusted adviser to customers and prospects.
Maintain insights into asset management industry, market, and competitors.
Deliver proof of concepts as needed, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) alongside Hexagon's proposal team.
Participate in building the Solution Consulting community through teamwork.
Remain current on new product releases and maintain demo environments.
Understand capabilities of other Hexagon solutions to grow opportunity footprint.
Participate in tradeshows, user conferences, and sales seminars as required.
Conduct timely and accurate internal reporting.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or related is highly desired.
Ability to articulate integration capabilities and typical data flows.
Minimum 4 years of enterprise software consulting, implementations, or maintenance management experience required.
Knowledgeable of solution delivery strategies such as on-premise and SaaS.
Travel to customer and prospect sites as required (45-55% travel).
Experience presenting to various audience sizes, including C-level audiences.

Experience with EAM and HxGN IM (SDx, SPO, SPF) solutions.
Demo2Win Certified.
On-hand industry experience with asset management.
Additional Languages – Spanish, Portuguese.
Knowledge of asset management strategies, operational risk management, or other advanced asset management topics.
Subject Matter Expert in Asset Information and Document Management Systems.
Familiarity with Web APIs and system integration concepts.
Knowledge of programming languages – Python, SQL, JavaScript.
Experience in a sales role.
