Our Manufacturing client based here in Houston is looking to add a Desktop Engineer to their team! The Ideal candidate will have will have at least 4 years experience in a Desktop/IT Support role, Have experience trouble shooting software and hardware issues. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory support, experience deploying mobile devices using an MDM, and be a great problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Creating software images for Endpoint devices
• Creating SOP's
• Trouble shoot software and hardware issues
• Provide Support for O365 and Windows operating systems

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a Desktop / IT Support role
• Advanced understanding of Active Directory
• Proficient with Office 365
• Experience with Desktop, Laptop and Mobile Device imaging with MDT, Intune or SCCM

Preferred

• SOTI MDM
• SCCM OSD
• Apple Business manager and Google Paly integrations
• PowerShell scripting
• Desktop Hardware administration HP/Dell/Lenovo
