Avetta is searching for a Software Configuration Analyst who is excited about driving the next wave of SaaS business technology solutions. This is an opportunity to lead the way in configuring cutting-edge software and play a vital role in crafting technologies that cater to the dynamic needs of our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use your technical expertise to configure our intuitive SaaS platform, ensuring seamless alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with our engineering team to implement optimal solutions.
• Spot areas for process enhancement, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver and implement effective business solutions.
• Create clear and concise client requirement documents, use cases, and process workflows, providing a clear path to project success.
• Engage in client-facing and internal sessions, driving projects from scoping to kickoff and beyond.
• Artfully configure new and existing client accounts within our rules-based system.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, systems analysis, or database administration. Your technical journey is invaluable!
• Proficiency in RDBMS, with SQL skills. Knowledge of NoSQL/MongoDB is a plus.
• Convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences with grace.
• Discover the most suitable analytical approaches to meet client requests and business needs.
• Precision-driven with a keen eye for detail; your accuracy ensures impeccable results.
• Master the art of juggling priorities, keeping documentation and deliverables meticulously organized.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, responding swiftly to changing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with SaaS, ERP platforms, Data Modeling, Agile Methodologies, Ticket Tracking Systems (JIRA), and SDLC.
• Software Configuration, software implementations, or similar business analysis experience in a B2B software application environment

IDEAL EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Business majors with relevant certifications/experience are welcome!
