Temporary Document Clerk - $20-$22/hr

We are seeking a temporary Document Clerk to assist with reformatting Microsoft Word documents, ensuring proper font styles, table formatting, headers, and footers. This project will take approximately two months, with the potential for an extension, as documents are prepared for electronic transfer into a new system.

Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1st shift)
  • Pay: $20-$22 per hour
  • Location: On-site
  • Duration: At least 2 months, 40 hours per week, with potential to extend
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reformat Microsoft Word documents to meet standard formatting requirements
  • Ensure consistency in font styles, headers, footers, and tables
  • Assist in preparing documents for migration into a new system
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word (formatting, fonts, headers, footers, tables)
  • Strong attention to detail
