Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury & Finance Systems Support Consultant to provide ongoing support for our Treasury team, specifically in troubleshooting and maintaining our Oracle to FIS integration. In addition to Treasury support, this role will assist with broader Finance Systems Support, including the transition from Hyperion to Oracle EPM and various Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting and support for Oracle to FIS integration, ensuring smooth data flow and resolving issues as they arise.
• Assist Treasury with system-related challenges and enhancements related to FIS.
• Support the transition from Hyperion to Oracle EPM, including configuration, data migration, and end-user support.
• Provide expertise and support across various Oracle Fusion Finance modules, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
• Work closely with internal Treasury, Finance, and IT teams to improve finance system processes and integrations.
• Document troubleshooting steps, best practices, and recommendations for future system improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion Finance) and FIS integration.
• Strong understanding of Treasury operations and financial systems support.
• Experience with Hyperion and Oracle EPM transition projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with other Oracle Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, and Cash Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently and provide proactive system support.
