Job Details

We are looking for a great leader who can help manage our team of Project Accountants. This individual will walk into a team of 4+ and help oversee the day-to-day operation for our Texas teams.

Some of the duties will include:

Oversees department's project accounting operations and supervises accounting team
Develops procedures, provides training, and conducts internal audits of project finances
Reviews and processes consultant payments, client invoices, and accounts receivable
Performs senior project accountant duties including budget tracking, financial reporting, and revenue analysis
Manages project setup and maintenance in accounting system according to contract terms
Collaborates with Business Manager to monitor project profitability, costs, and cash flow
Handles communications with staff, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters
