On a routine basis, inspects grounds to ensure security requirements are met. Control and monitor access to building. This job is part of the Security and Fire job function. They are responsible for the physical security and fire safety of the organization or other tangible assets. - - What You'll Do: - - Promote positive public relations by offering courteous service to all tenants, visitors, and guests while to their requests. Coordinate all security on shift. Ensure all information is logged for pass-on to the following shifts. Assist in emergency situations (e.g., fire, evacuations, human crises). Monitor and control the building's life safety system and central security panel and communicate any security issues to the client representative. Maintain adequate coverage of the property posts.
